We now have an RSS feed and a mailing list =) Check out (http://wowchampionrss.blogspot.com/)

To subscribe (It may require IE7) click Posts Under "Subscribe To WoW Champion" and look down the list. If you want a basic RSS feed then click "Atom". If you happen to have something else, there is other RSS Style options.
